User Support - Serves as a single point of contact, with an emphasis on customer service, for supporting and maintaining the technology tools that our users depend on.

Infrastructure Management - Manages the internal technical server, network, database infrastructure and Unified Communications structure to ensure an effective level of service, connectivity, and network integrity.

Security Management - Maintain a secure environment for information resources and assets. Ensure technical compliance related to HIPAA, local, state, and federal requirements related to data and systems security.
