Kootenai County Growth and service levels DashBoard

Now you can see how growth affects County service levels. The following dashboard reveals the County service levels compared to industry standards versus what the current service levels are as a result of growth. This information can tell County and City leaders – as well as citizens – how new growth decisions will affect current service levels. The dashboard is much like indicator lights on a car dashboard. This screen shows you (through color) whether the County is above or below its prescribed service levels. Red indicates it’s beyond industry standard levels. Yellow is a warning indicator. And green shows that there is excess capacity. This web-based tool converts data into visual indicators to represent different County functions. This information enables officials and the public to identify areas that require improvement and make informed decisions to address community needs properly.

Instructions: Click on each of the County services to see more information about them.

NOTE: For easier reading, click on the full screen button in the bottom-right corner of the dashboard.
