Criminal Caseloads

Caseloads are reported separately for magistrate and district court. Felony cases may be counted in both magistrate and district court. A felony case is filed in magistrate court and then charges may be reduced to misdemeanor charges and the case could be disposed in magistrate court or the case is bound over to district court. These numbers include a count of bound over felony cases in both magistrate and in district court.
