If your request is denied or partially denied, the records requested may be exempt from disclosure pursuant to Idaho Code § 74 to 104 through 74 to 111 or other provision of Idaho statute or court rule. If you wish to appeal a denial of a request for public records you may do so pursuant to Idaho Code § 74 to 115, which requires that a petition be filled in the District Court within 180 days from the date of the mailing of the notice of denial or partial denial.
